Product Data/Application Instructions

• High quality, quick dry enamel for a "baked on" appearance
• Can be applied direct-to-metal or over suitable primers
• Available in standard and custom colors
• Low VOC and contains no heavy metals
• Can be catalyzed for improved gloss and color retention and increased chemical and abrasion resistance

A high gloss, direct to metal acrylic modified alkyd enamel that provides outstanding adhesion, durability and overall performance. Corrosion inhibitors allow this product to be applied with or without a primer. An ideal product for use on trailers, racks, cranes, machinery and heavy equipment. This product may be catalyzed for increased performance. Not recommended for use in immersion service. This product is lead, chromate and mercury free.

Surface Preparation

Surface must be free of moisture, grease or other contaminants. Remove loose paint, mill scale, rust, etc by hand tool cleaning (SP2), power tool cleaning (SP3) or abrasive blasting.

Spray Application

The following is a guide; suitable equipment from other manufacturers may be used. Adjust pressure and tip size for proper spray characteristics.
Airless, air assisted airless or conventional spray – Industrial equipment such as DeVilbiss,Binks or Graco.

Application Data

• Method: Airless or conventional spray, limited brush
• Temperature: Minimum 50°F air and surface. Surface temperatures must be at least 5°F (3°C) above dew point to prevent condensation.
• Drying time: @ 77° F & 50% RH
  • Tack free: 10 minutes
  • Recoat/Handle: 2 hours
  • Dry hard: 16-24 hours (non catalyzed)
• Reduction: Xylene
• Clean up: Xylene
